Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy meaning our customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request return authorization. If you change your mind about a purchase, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or original.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.
Refunds and Returns
As the customer, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We source our products directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for specific information on your brand and/or product.

When making a purchase from HQ Truck Source, you acknowledge the terms of the Exchange Agreement:
- Inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures of any damage, and provide it to HQ Truck Source within 24 hours of delivery.
- Be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
- Return products should be unopened and unused.
- You understand that if an order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
- Accept responsibility for paying return shipping fees if an order is returned after shipping.
- Acknowledge that shipping date estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond the control of HQ Truck Source.
- Agree not to cancel an order or file a chargeback for order delays or inaccurate estimated times due to factors outside the control of HQ Truck Source.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Restocking Fee
At present, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

They will guide you through the process and provide you with the appropriate return address.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Processing Time
We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order. When a refund has been initiated, it takes on average 10 days, though in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks.
For other refund methods such as PayPal, kindly allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund. Once the account has been credited, you will be contacted by the 3rd party payment provider to arrange a refund back to your bank account which can take up to 10 days depending on how you paid.
Refund Policy
All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective items will be replaced with an identical item of the same size.
Items must be in unused condition for returns.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships or is processed and receive a full refund, excluding any pre-existing site processing fees, which are 3% (exceptions apply, such as custom orders; see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can facilitate a refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach our agents during business hours at (682)-288-8788, via the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@hqtrucksource.com at any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are specifically produced for your order.
These units are tailored to your specifications or created upon your order. Once your order is placed, the production of your unit begins. Your warranty ensures a fully functional and operational product. If it’s unclear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your items arrive damaged, kindly send us photos and/or videos of damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@hqtrucksource.com within 24 hours of arrival.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of your return, we will process the refund within 10 days, excluding delivery charges, using the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have yet to receive a refund, please check with your bank and credit card company, and then contact us at sales@hqtrucksource.com.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the same return conditions apply—contact us.
Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped. If there’s a price difference, necessary adjustments will be made.
Returns Shipping Cost & Charges
HQ Truck Source’s default is that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We cover the costs for defective items.
