HQ Truck Source Shipping Policy
At HQ Truck Source, we are dedicated to delivering the best quality truck accessories right to your door with reliable shipping services. Our goal is to ensure that your order is shipped promptly and arrives in great condition.
Shipping Information
Shipping Cost: This is calculated at the time of checkout and based on the weight of the product(s) being delivered to your location.
Standard Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days (Mon–Fri); however, this can vary depending on the manufacturer.
Shipping Time: Typically, delivery takes 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri). Larger items might require additional time.
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST.

UPS
Order Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction. Upon order receipt, we promptly check with our warehouse to confirm the availability of stock for immediate shipment.
Order Shipment
At HQ Truck Source, we offer a wide range of products from a number of different manufacturers. This means our orders ship from multiple locations across the US. Taking this into account, orders containing multiple products from different manufacturers may arrive separately. Our freight providers, where necessary, will endeavor to contact customers before delivery to ensure appropriate delivery timing.
Shipping Process
Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Handling Time: Typically between 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping Delivery Time (Handling + Transit Times)
The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.
Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s (UPS) tracking system.
We understand the importance of knowing the status of your order, and we strive to provide you with transparent and reliable tracking information. Returns Shipping & Costs
We offer easy returns and exchanges. Customers can return any new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Policy page or contact our customer support team.
HQ Truck Source’s default is that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We cover the costs for defective items.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the continental United States only. Kindly refer to our checkout process to see if we ship to your location.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO Boxes and FPO addresses.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Items: If your shipment is lost or does not arrive, kindly contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the freight provider to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Damaged Items: At HQ Truck Source, we only work with reputable freight providers; however, we are aware that accidents do happen and damage to shipments may occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to refuse delivery of damaged shipments. We will either arrange a refund or send a replacement item after due process.
If shipments show slight signs of damage, please note this clearly when signing for the package. We must be notified of any damage within 1 business day in order to investigate.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the same return conditions apply—please contact us.
Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped. If there’s a price difference, necessary adjustments will be made.
